Turning the corner did Mighty Mo see ghostly thermal footprints on the wall?
Now what should we think of that?
I have heard ghosts can perch anywhere, so why not on a vertical wall?
These spots are unmistakably footprints. Now I remember my instructors speaking of thermal footprints in some of my classes, but this is the first I have seen actual footprints! *
Feeling a bit like Robinson Crusoe, I could only shudder! He was walking on the beach one day, seemingly alone, and looked down to see footprints!
He was shocked!
I was shocked.
What do we learn from these footprints?
The left foot obviously only has 3 toes. The second toe from the left is missing! And the right foot appears to be a bit of a club foot. This ghost has great arches though.
So we have a deformed ghost! Mighty Mo does not lie.
My recommendation: do you, as Realtors and agents, think we should have a house swept for ghosts prior to purchase? Could we purchase facilitators, no matter our participation, be blamed if someone moves into a house with ghosts? I don't know. But I'm glad we could determine the presence of footprints in this house so my clients could make an informed decision.
* Yes, this post is tongue in cheek. We all know ghosts don't have thermal signatures. But still, watch your back!

Good morning, Jay Markanich ...creepy thoughts.... every home inspector should have thermal imaging as part of his/her inspection.... very few have them...
Creepy that I have a thermal camera, Barbara? Few have them because of the expense of the cameras and the training.
But I do have fun with the software!
A new perspective on ghosts in Real Estate:

I hope you understand that I am only having fun with the software, Sham!
Too funny. if it is "real" I'm guessing it was done before installed, but weird to walk in barefeet or socks in a construction zone.
I did it with my hands, Debbie. I used to do the same thing on the blackboard at school.
Good morning Jay,
At least you have our attention this morning!
Make yourself a great day.
Hi Jay - I know those thermal cameras are expensive, but you're having so much fun with yours, I'm thinking about getting one too.
I think agents should include Ghostbusters on the list of inspections before purchase!
At times I feel like the cowardly lion, "I do believe in spooks, I do, I do. I do!"
At least Raymond! Hey, when don't I?
Dick - I think you should! Just for kicks.
Fred - it can be one of the disclosures, and also the page you sign if you don't want something.
Joe - then do you run down the hall and dive out the window?
Cool stuff. I don't think ghosts could leave a footprint but you never know.
Belinda - I don't know. After watching Casper, and the Headless Horseman, and Christmas Carol, I think ghosts can do a bunch!
Judging from the right foot Jay Markanich , I'd say this ghost is from Florida given the silhouette.
Maybe it's Jean La Foot's print? Or was the Vasco de something?
