Comfy Condo For The Right Couple - Empty Nesters Welcome!

Aviary Realty  is offering this comfy condo for the right couple - Empty Nesters welcome!

Situated in a traditional, established neighborhood, easy access rules the day!  Location, location, location!   High enough for spectacular views but low enough to reach easily any time of day!

Just right for the hunter and the gatherer!  You will find yourself flying easily to all the necessary locations - locate what you want at local shopping centers, and a large mall!  You can walk to a grassy meadow and even dip your toes in the gentle stream meandering through the neighborhood and just behind the condo!  And this gem is only blocks from the neighborhood pool, tennis and schools if you need them!  Professional offices and a hospital are minutes away.

Previous owners have already moved, so your personal decorating can begin immediately and almost from scratch!  The unit is heated and cooled, and the condo is naturally protected from nasty weather.  Tucked away and so private you won't have to worry about those predatory burglars or solicitors!  All your eggs can go into this basket!

Don't pass by this one!  Tail each other over and head in now!

Here's where your wings can establish roots!

Aviary Realty  is a full-service, affirmative-action establishment and operates without regard to color, background, gender or Godly instinct.  Credit reports will NOT be used in regard to this transaction.

This condo did Wayne.  The dryer vent leaves a bit to be desired...

Very cute, Jay.  It looks like the price may be right, too.

Good morning Jay. Well, I guess is better than having bats in the belfry. But then, my 2¢'s worth and a $.50 piece might buy you a  Senior coffee at your local Micky D.

By the way, Do they still make $.50 pieces?

I haven't seen one lately Michael, except in the collector series.  Hmm, it appears that once again Micky D is discriminating against senior hot chocolate drinkers.

I am very eclectice Lise.  And take advantage of opportunity to be silly.

That is a great location Raymond!  And it has a view of the creek!

That is one comfy abode for empty nesters Tom!  Empty nesters have feathers.

That's just the carpet padding Fred.  The rest is to follow.  I'm thinking big Lazy Bird recliner.

Cara - you noticed that?  And you have a great smile.

If you remove the empty nestors is that a fair housing violation? I can tell you right now I do not discriminate against Robins or Blue Jays.

The previous occupants were already gone Joe, so I think the unit is available to birds of any feather that flock together.

HA!  The post office insists that everyone have a mail box.  However, I get mail at PO boxes in Purcellville and Lovettsville.

After a long while, I checked my mail box one day when the front was down and there was a huge birdsnest inside.

I got rid of it quickly.  No eggs or chicks thankfully.

It doesn't take those fellows long to build nests Lenn!  Or, apparently, to move out!
